This website does not collect any data. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no forms. Visiting it leaves no trace with us.
Our products
Each product collects only what it needs to work.
eKhaya
eKhaya is a property management system for hotels and guesthouses. It stores the information property operators enter: guest names, contact details, reservation records, and billing information. This data belongs to the property operating the account. We do not access it except to keep the software running.
LandSteward
LandSteward is a farm planning tool. It stores your account details (name and email), the details of farms you add (name, postcode, SBI number), and how you use the app — so we can understand what's working and what to improve. Usage data is stored on our own servers, not sent to any analytics company.
In both cases, your data is used only to operate the product. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for any commercial purpose.
Service providers
Some data passes through third-party services that are essential to making the products work:
- PayFast — handles subscription payments for eKhaya.
- Stripe — handles subscription payments for LandSteward.
- Postmark — delivers transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets) in both products.
- AWS S3 — stores file uploads and generated documents in LandSteward.
Each provider receives only what they need to do their job. None of them receive your data for their own use.
